Order Processing & Shipping
When you place your order, we begin crafting your items promptly. Each item requires time for production and curing before shipment.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days
We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Orders placed by 10:00 PM CST / 4:00 AM CET (Sunday-Friday) enter production the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next business day.
Note: Rare delays may occur due to stock availability, incomplete order information, or payment verification.

Once your order ships, please allow the following time for delivery:

Shipping Cost
Free shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $4.95 applies.

Changes & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you might need to make adjustments to your order:
Order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
Modifications include changes to size, color, or shipping address.
After this 24-hour window, your order will have entered our production process and changes may not be possible. For any modifications within this timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.
